• Update flake.lock to pull current rainix main (998bd91d). Old pin was from May 2024 (f3bdb28f).
• Carries the soldeer publish reusable + sol/rs/wasm reusables, chromium drop, foundry-bin in rust-shell, slim devShells, nixpkgs bump.
• Closes Bump rainix in flake.lock (currently 2 years stale) #15.
