Added new library entry for expo-native-sheet-emojis with GitHub URL and example link.

I just created this module for our app and decided to open source it.

The definition looks good, we need just wait for npm API to acknowledge the package existence. 😄

I can say that recently npm API updates are more delayed than usual 24h (once a day), which were a sufficient time for last few years. Sent them a report about that a while ago via contact for on the website, but did not get any response, and unfortunately issues are disable in the public Registry and APIs docs repo on GitHub - https://github.com/npm/registry.
