docs: add citation and reframe AI narrative to resolve plagiarism concern (#1812)

What

Fixes the plagiarism concern raised in #1812 in the "Why Google Is Doing This Now" section of the Google icon update blog post.

Changes

• Added explicit citation to 9to5Google for the gradient icon rollout observation
• Reframed the AI narrative with original analysis about Google's deliberate product sequencing strategy
• Added independent reasoning explaining how the gradient design functions as a branding bridge between Workspace and Google's AI products

Why

The original text used the same facts, product list, and conclusion as 9to5Google without attribution. This fix adds proper citation and replaces the mirrored argumentative structure with original analysis.

Testing

• Verified the blog file renders correctly
• No functional code changes
