Overview
Adds a new OCSP status API to the OpenAPI spec: GET /v1/ocsp/status (secured with view_ocsp_status) returning a new OcspStatus schema.

Introduces the OcspStatus object definition with certificate status and responder timestamp fields (e.g., cert_status, this_update, next_update, produced_at, revocation_time, responder_url).
