fix: CHC properly detected in Status page

Status page today doesnt detect CHC properly shows up at
Clickhouse (self-managed)

Based on inputs of DSN or config properties

Checklist:

• Ran it and it works as intended

• Checked for unhandled edge cases
• Linked the issues it closes
• Checked if the docs need to be updated. If so, create a separate Linear DOCS issue

Remove "self-managed logic" since we're not doing special case for CHC, its all Live Connectors as prod-slots

taking out go logic :)
