Like with TTree branches, prepare all data and functions before start reading
Try to mimic functionality which exists for the TTree
Also correct shift for the members without size value
Convert into Number to simplify processing. Later - once TTree::Draw supports BigInt - one can revert this changes
It requires to read previous offset to get start/stop offset for string

Before start
RNtuplereading analyze which columns are read and prepare all functions before.Support list of entries or first/numentries arguments when processing RNtuple.
Read data only for entries which will be processed. So only pages which contains entries will be read.
Do not convert all entries into arrays but extract values only for entries which will be processed.
If the only entry processed - only its data extracted from the raw data.
