This tests:

  • the new solver to ensure it bootstraps and can build the standard library
  • the polonius alpha by running UI tests under the polonius compare-mode

Opening as draft:

  • I want to see what it does and what it builds
  • the PR is blocked until the MCP is accepted
  • the new solver currently fails to bootstrap, so CI is expected to fail

If we don't fix the latter before the former happens, we can start by only testing the polonius alpha on this PR.

This tests the new solver to ensure it bootstraps and can build the standard library.
This also tests the polonius alpha by running UI tests under the polonius compare-mode.
