Keep sync.Map for multiVersionMap (lock-free reads essential for OCC workers) while replacing sync.Map with plain map + RWMutex for the three per-tx-index maps (txWritesetKeys, txReadSets, txIterateSets) where contention is low (each worker writes to its own index slot).
