This fixes https://jira.sil.org/browse/LT-22075. I added a "shortcut2" attribute to CmdFindAndReplaceText. I moved code from Shortcut to GetShortcutKeys so it could be shared between Shortcut (which looks at the "shortcut" attribute) and Shortcut2 (which looks at the "shortcut2" attribute). Finally, I changed XWindow_KeyDown to check both Shortcut and Shortcut2.
