@abaranov25 thanks for the PR!

Let's split it into two different PRs:

1. Chronos pipeline
2. Cisco pipeline

For each PR make sure it also has a tutorial notebook. Similar to how we have one for timesfm and units.

You should also remove __name__ == "__main__" part of the primitives.
