    helper that walks up to the .git directory. Refactored smoke tests
    to extract assertDeltaNewIssuesInFile helper and added a dedicated
    subfolder workspace delta test.

    GitRepoRoot used git.PlainOpenWithOptions to find the repo root, which
    opens packfile handles that GC may not release before t.TempDir() cleanup
    on Windows. Replace with a simple filesystem walk for .git, which avoids
    opening the repository entirely and fixes the flaky
    Test_SmokeWorkspaceScan cleanup failure.

    - Replace invalid "any" org slug with valid "devex_ide" in test assertions

      DoAndReturn with suffix-based matching for multi-folder test
    - execute_command_test.go: Use gomock.Any() instead of folder.Path()
    
    This matches the original pre-refactor behavior and works on all platforms.
