Why
developpicked up the GitHub intake workflow via the earlier main-to-develop sync, but GitHub-hosted runners still cannot reachhttps://cd.splunkdev.com. That leaves the PR workflow broken ondevelopas well.What this changes

A direct
main -> developcompare is not clean right now and pulls in unrelated branch drift. This PR removes only the hosted-runner intake path sodevelopstays aligned on the exact blocker.Follow-up
