feat: upgrade diff component with loading state

• Add loading spinner and error handling to Diff component
• Update TypeScript declarations for @pierre/diffs web component
• Fix Windows binary path in desktop predev script
• Improve user experience during diff rendering

I wont lie this is the first time I committed to not-my-repo and I hope I didnt fuck up I felt very stupid there

but I did test the app, I probably should have left that windows compat change out woops, but it feels like its improved... granted I no longer have the 600,000 line diff file in my history to give it a real good test with...
