Based on the discussions in https://github.com/orgs/statiqdev/discussions/221 as well as in statiqdev/Statiq#1021 the documentation is updated.
While debugging for statiqdev/Statiq#1021 I realized that the GitHub Action is much faster on ubuntu compared to windows.
Using the latest actions/setup-dotnet is faster and properly supports the actual dotnet version.

Here the changes to the documentation according to our discussions. Please be aware that I also changed the GitHub action example to the latest actions/setup-dotnet as well as .NET 8. Not sure whether you like it or not.
