Description

The purpose of this pull request is to provide a JavaScript implementation of exp2 ported from OpenLibm.

This pull request:

• Replaces hexadecimal floating-point literals with decimal equivalents for JavaScript compatibility.
• Integrates standard library constants (e.g., BIAS).
• Fixes a bug in the initial port where the high word hx was uninitialized, which led to incorrect results for certain input ranges.
• Provides a robust implementation that passes 5,040 unit tests.
