Thoughts on splitting out vendor related stuff to relevant 'intel', 'amd' or 'nvidia' profiles ?
This draft adds this for intel, this is quite cumbersome so happy for some input before I also sort out amd and nvidia, if this is not desirable :)
Also intel at least needs some more basic things like thermald and vpl-gpu-rt. I added it for Arch, need to check the relevant packages for the other distros
