Move language specification documents to dedicated docs/ folder to reduce root directory clutter while keeping AI assistant config files (CLAUDE.md, GEMINI.md, AGENTS.md) at root. Moved: - Pluto C ABI Spec.md - Pluto Memory Model.md - Pluto Range Semantics.md
