Adds the action root to PATH so downstream legacy DDKBuild steps can call ddkbuild.cmd directly. Updates README and e2e coverage to use direct ddkbuild.cmd invocation while keeping the existing ddkbuild-cmd output for compatibility.\n\nChecks run:\n- npm.cmd run build\n- PowerShell parser check for scripts/test-e2e.ps1\n- git diff --check
