What was broken\nPM-4565 reported that the challenge start controls were not intuitive and needed the scheduled versus immediately radio selection with the timezone separated above the field.\n\nRoot cause\nThe requested implementation was already merged into origin/dev in commit a84f792 before this run, so the current checkout did not require an additional source change.\n\nWhat was changed\nNo source files were modified in this run. This PR records validation that the existing ChallengeScheduleSection implementation, tests, documentation, lint, and build already satisfy PM-4565 on top of dev.\n\nAny added/updated tests\nNo tests were added or updated in this run. Existing targeted ChallengeScheduleSection tests were re-run and passed.
