Fix vector methods(count, upsert, sum)

Upsert

Previously , during update case in upsert, due to two times decode -> vector filter was getting array instead of string leading to type error
Current -> removed the second decode call on old document as it is already decoded

Count, sum

Count and sum missed the case of using vector order by leading to issues during contains queries.
