By default, organization are created with the 7 days lease, which is the exception rather than the rule in production. This patch makes the leases to never expire by default. Very useful for vcd-cli org creation since there is no way to change it using the CLI.

This patch makes the leases to never expire by default.
Very useful for vcd-cli org creation since there is no way to change it using the CLI.
