Testing the changes
Problems I found:
New package
Added budgie-session, fork of gnome-session. Budgie-desktop doesn't start without it.
This PR also updates gnome-settings-daemon. As budgie-desktop requires 49+ to compile. Didn't test any GNOME related stuff.
