@Anachron I will try to do it, but I am not familiar with how GitHub is used.

I am the maintainer of SlackDCE, the largest Slackware repository, with more than 10,000 packages. We do not use Git, but I have extensive experience creating templates to contribute.

If the pull requests I submit are not useful, you can simply discard them.

However, the review process is taking quite a long time. How will this scale when I start submitting 100 or more at once?

First of all, read the other PRs for new packages to get an idea on how its done, use tools like xbump from xtools to generate clean commit messages and use the actual PR template that Void Linux prepared for you.

You can find more information on here:
https://github.com/void-linux/void-packages/blob/master/Manual.md
https://github.com/void-linux/void-packages/blob/master/CONTRIBUTING.md

Especially the CONTRIBUTING part should be read (again), as I don't feel like it has been taken to heart.

Please refrain from submitting new package contributions until you have established a history of good stewardship of existing packages. You can contribute updates and other improvements to current templates to familiarize yourself with our workflow and expectations.
