Done! The pnpm 11 upgrade is now complete.

Breaking change addressed:
pnpm 11 requires explicit approval of build scripts. I've added an allowBuilds section to pnpm-workspace.yaml that allows the necessary packages to run their build scripts.

The following packages are now approved:

• @parcel/watcher
• @swc/core
• core-js
• esbuild
• lmdb
• msgpackr-extract
• protobufjs

All builds and tests pass successfully. (commit 911eca3)
