temp(ci): Enable release workflow on PR for testing build fixes

Summary

Temporary PR to test the release workflow fixes on CI before finalizing.

Changes

• Enabled release workflow to run on pull requests (temporary for testing)
• This allows us to verify the wails3 build commands work correctly on all platforms (Linux, Windows, macOS)

Testing

This PR will trigger the release workflow to build the application on:

• ✅ Ubuntu (Linux)
• ✅ Windows
• ✅ macOS

Note

This is a temporary change for testing purposes. Once the build succeeds, this PR should be closed and the pull_request trigger should be removed from the workflow.

Do not merge this PR - it's only for CI testing.
