Add SSE support for streaming endpoints

• Added a new "Server-Sent Events (SSE)" subsection to the "Connecting to a streaming endpoint" section in the consuming streaming data guide
• Documents how to use SSE by passing the Content-Type: text/event-stream header
• Includes Python and cURL code examples
• Notes that SSE is currently available on the staging environment only
