To make use of the library in non net8.0 environments it would be great to have a netstandard2.0 version which works nearly on every dotnet framework implementation.
This PR adds support for netstandard2.0

This PR is the same as #83 except that it sets the LangVersion to 12 rather than 14. Version 14 seems to be unsupported on my system.
