Fixed the CBS token unable to get during the BIOS boot. Added check to avoid populating software information when the request is from usbvNIC. Tests: Able to get the CBS Token data during BIOS boot. Signed-off-by: Aashray Boddu <Aashray.Boddu@amd.com>
