This pull request expands the support documentation by adding several new ticket types to the tabbed support interface. These changes make it easier for users to find the right support channel for their specific needs.

New support ticket types added:

  • Shop Support:

    • Added a "Shop Support" tab with instructions for users to open a ticket for shop-related questions or issues.
  • Team and Application Support:

    • Added a "Team Beschwerde" (Team Complaint) tab for users to report issues or complaints about team members.
    • Added a "Bewerbung" (Application) tab for users to submit applications during active recruitment phases, with a note emphasizing honest, self-written texts.
  • Twitch Support:

    • Added a "Twitch Support" tab for Twitch-related questions and ban appeals, including instructions and requirements for submitting a Twitch unban request.…plications, Twitch

Ich hatte den Kommentar leider nicht gesehen, aber ich weiß es nicht aus heutiger sich würde es besser passen wenn man schreibt "Bei Fragen zu Castcrafters Twitch-Kanal oder wenn du auf Twitch gebannt wurdest und den Bann anfechten möchtest, öffne ein Twitch-Support-Ticket.".
