Packet Delay

• Delays incoming and/or outgoing packets into a queue.
• Independent direction toggles: Delay S2C and Delay C2S.
• Optional Time delay mode to release queued packets once delay threshold is reached.
• Flushes the queue when disabled.
• Keybind works even with GUIs open (chests, portals, etc.).
• Queue count displayed in HackList.
• Optional crosshair status text showing queue totals, active mode, and time-left estimate.
• Added an on-screen status overlay.
• Overlay shows queue size, direction mode, remaining delay time, and separate S2C/C2S breakdowns.
