Mirrors PR #6172 (Remove quarterly business reviews from Dedicated CSM) into the French and Spanish translations of advanced-support.mdx.
Changes
Restructured fr/advanced-support.mdx and es/advanced-support.mdx to match the new English layout (tier comparison table, CardGroup, Tier 1/2/3 headings).
Removed all references to "quarterly business reviews" from the Dedicated CSM tier description and FAQ accordions.
Renamed "SLA response times" → "Response time targets" and "SLAs and coverage hours" → "Coverage hours" with translated equivalents.
Updated div anchor IDs to match the new English heading slugs.
Note
Low Risk
Documentation-only translation and marketing copy updates; no application code or runtime behavior changes.
Overview
Updates French and Spanishadvanced-support.mdx to match the revised English advanced-support page (same change set as the English PR that removed quarterly business reviews from Dedicated CSM).
Both locales now use the Tier 1 / 2 / 3 structure: a comparison table, CardGroup navigation cards, and section anchors like #tier-1-standard-support-included. Dedicated CSM copy no longer mentions quarterly business reviews; proactive engagement is monthly check-ins only. SLA wording is reframed as response time targets, and the FAQ section is split under tier-specific headings with updated coverage hours language.
Standard support eligibility text shifts from Pro and Enterprise to Enterprise only, and frontmatter drops the SLA keyword. The get-started CTA explicitly labels add-ons as tier 2 and tier 3.
